Looking for suggestions. I need to make some safety videos. My needs are simple.

  1. Trim
  2. Add Text
  3. Remove or add audio.
  4. Output files for common formats.
  5. Stable

I have downloaded demo’s of Corel Video Studio Pro X5 and Sony Vegas Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11.0. I have used Nero in the past and didnt care for it.

Suggestions?

Sorry buddy. I really don’t know shit about computers.

I’ve been using Sony Vegas 8 for a while now. It will do anything and is fairly straight forward once you learn the interface.

Windows movie maker. It’s free, it comes with the operating system. and easy as hell to use.

I had Vegas, and couldn’t stand it.

Actually movie maker is not included in Win 7  It is a free download though. I spent last night with Sony Vegas and Corel Video Studio Pro Ultimate 5. Sony Vegas is way smarter than me. I think Im going to run with the Corel product as it’s reasonably intuitive to my left handed brain.

I think Tal is right, I think Movie Maker can do all that.

I’m retarded when it comes to anything video-related. I can barely take a 6-piece porn scene and splice it into a single file.

I use adobe premier elements.

I have Premiere Pro CS5, but I can’t seem to get it to do anything useful :x :rage: :man_facepalming: Need to read/watch some tutorials or something :skull_and_crossbones:
